Overview

Sanabil R&D is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and relationship-oriented Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of signed projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Build strong rapport with corporate, startup, and institutional clients

  • Maintain regular communication and progress updates

  • Ensure high client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle


  1. Project Follow-Up & Coordination

  • Coordinate between: Technical team - Growth/Partnerships team - Finance team - External consultants

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and milestones

  • Ensure scope clarity and execution alignment

  • Flag risks or delays early


  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Monitor renewal cycles and recurring agreements

  • Suggest additional service offerings aligned with client needs

  • Maintain long-term relationship continuity


  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Prepare structured client reports

  • Document meeting minutes and action plans

  • Maintain CRM updates and account records

  • Track account performance metrics


  1. Client Experience & Quality Control

  • Ensure professional communication standards

  • Monitor project quality and consistency

  • Gather feedback and implement improvements

  • Represent Sanabil’s brand values in every interaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  2. Experience for 2 years in at least one of the following:

  • Account management

  • Client servicing

  • Project coordination

  • Customer success

  • Consulting support

  • Experience working with Corporate clients, Industrial companies and Innovation programs is highly preferred.
