Overview

Sanabil R&D is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Growth Manager to lead revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline

  • Identify high-value corporate opportunities

  • Develop sector-based growth strategies (agri, manufacturing, finance, etc.)

  • Own quarterly revenue targets

  • Track conversion metrics and performance dashboards


  1. Strategic Partnerships Development

  • Structure partnership frameworks (retainer, project-based, JV, co-branded programs, success-fee)

  • Build long-term relationships with: Corporates - Banks & financial institutions - Startup hubs & accelerators - Universities & research centers

  • Activate referral and alliance partnerships


  1. Deal Structuring & Closure

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations

  • Coordinate with Technical Pre-Sales team to align scope and pricing

  • Develop commercial proposals and executive summaries

  • Drive deals from first meeting to contract signature


  1. Market Expansion & Positioning

  • Identify emerging sectors for Sanabil expansion

  • Represent Sanabil at industry events and ecosystem gatherings

  • Build sector-based growth maps

  • Contribute to strategic visibility campaigns


  1. Internal Growth Systems

  • Improve CRM discipline and sales tracking

  • Develop partnership playbooks

  • Design growth experiments and test new acquisition channels

  • Support packaging of new service offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  2. Experience for (2-5 Years) and must have experience in:

  • B2B Sales or Business Development

  • Partnerships Management

  • Corporate Account Management

  • Consulting or Innovation Ecosystem

  • Experience working with industrial or startup ecosystems is highly preferred
